Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Project Manager to orchestrate our cross-functional delivery cycles. In this role, you will sit at the crossroads of Product, Engineering, Client Solutions, and our external financial and merchant partners. You will be responsible for guiding client integrations, API orchestrations, and internal SaaS feature deployments from inception to launch.
The ideal candidate has a strong grip on agile frameworks, a working understanding of how API ecosystems operate, and a knack for translating complex tech milestones into clear, actionable timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Lifecycle Management: Own and drive end-to-end delivery for merchant, enterprise, and lender API integrations onto the FinMkt platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and the Account Management team to synchronize delivery pipelines.
- Project Tracking & Execution: Create, maintain, and communicate clear project roadmaps, release schedules, risk logs, and resource allocation trackers.
- Client & Partner Facing Delivery: Serve as a primary technical project contact for external stakeholders, managing status calls, clarifying technical dependencies, and clearing blockages.
- Process Optimization: Audit and optimize internal agile delivery workflows, ensuring clear ticket writing, sound sprint planning, and productive retrospectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of dedicated project management experience within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
- Fintech Domain Knowledge: Comfortable discussing API workflows, client integrations, and digital consumer lending or payment rails.
- Agile Expertise: Master of Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Experience running ceremonies and organizing sprint backlogs.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - you can explain technical nuances to non-technical stakeholders effortlessly.
- Problem Solver: A proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks, mitigating risks, and realigning timelines before they impact delivery dates.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience. (PMP or Scrum Master certifications are a strong plus).
