The Role

This role reports to the VP of Solutions Delivery and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional ready to support and drive high-impact projects from inception to completion. As a Product Manager, candidate will apply the core tenets of product management to help achieve the company’s strategic goals. Candidate should be comfortable navigating a technical landscape, utilizing their knowledge to translate business needs into actionable requirements for our development teams.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Management: Contribute to and maintain an effective roadmap for key projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Goal Setting: Help set actionable OKRs and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure team alignment.
• Technical Scoping: Understand the technical landscape of projects to create detailed scope documents and tickets, ensuring a smooth transition of work to the development team.
• Technical Proficiency: Understand and grasp technical documentation and demonstrate experience working with APIs.
• Team Collaboration: Facilitate ongoing conversations with technical teams, resolving inquiries in a timely manner to sign off on deliverables.
• End-to-End Ownership: Develop well-rounded project visions and manage project lifecycles while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Scalability Mindset: Support the development of a modular, scalable platform and maintain a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Process Support: Assist with RFP and Vendor management processes as needed.
• UX/UI Contribution: Create wireframes to visualize and communicate proposed solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in at least two of the following areas: Product Management, Platform Support or Business Analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within an Agile software development environment.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally within a professional organization.
• Experience translating data into quantifiable actions and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting to or working alongside senior leadership.
• Advanced degree or specialized certification in Product Management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies.
